Ah yes, the sheer beauty and absolute miracle of being an observer of someone ELSE carrying and delivering a baby. It’s a wonderful thing.

That’s the thing about being a guy, we get all the fun in Fatherhood. The 9 month incubation period only gets about as stressful as not knowing where the remote is for 5 minutes. The worst part of living with someone who is pregnant is having to make late night trips for poutine from ONE particular Wendy’s on Yonge Street downtown Toronto which is only 45 minutes away in Toronto because “they make it the best”.  90 Minutes later you bring home cold (more) gross poutine that MIGHT get tossed at you for BEING cold except for the fact that your pregnant queen filled her belly with the 16 different food groups of snacks found right in your kitchen while you were on the road.  Fear not people, I’m allowed to say these things because I’m a 2x pregnancy observer; Father of 2 girls.

But really, I think the whole maternity thing is impressive.  Creation, life and then the fun begins.  Kids are a joy and the photos on this post are of Lori-Ann.  She’s been an excellent client/friend that seems to hire me whenever it’s baby time!

These photos are obviously before Jordan-Nicole was born. While many ladies are shy about being photographed during this time of baby carrying, Lori-Ann wears it with pride as she should because the camera LOVES her!  Congrats on the little addition to your family.

Enjoy.

[Note: I was only asked for a late night food run ONCE in 18 months of pregnancies for the record]
